Jon Goddard lives in deepest Suffolk, England.
Born into a house of Elvis and Beethoven, Jon’s first musical memories are of blowing into a soprano saxophone, the reed in his mouth and the bell resting on the floor.
At School he played electric violin and guitar in an avant garde rock band.
He went to Art College and predictably met more musicians than artists.
He went on to lead several bands performing his own compositions.
These included LIZARD, RED LEADER and the modern jazz trio STRATAGEM
 
Since owning his own purpose built recording studio he has worked extensively in media productions, writing music for Film, TV, Radio, Advertising campaigns and Theatre
Now he mostly  concentrates on his own music.
He also works as a producer, mixer and occasional session musician.
He began learning guitar at the age of twelve and became hooked within a day.
His musical influences are diverse and extensive and include in no particular order:-

In addition to guitar he also plays dobro, banjo, timple, keyboards, percussion and piano.
